About Me
My name is Helena. I am a Sport scientist and a Pilates instructor.
I believe living a healthy lifestyle begins with maintaining a strong, fit and functional body. My aim is to help you identify your fitness goals, design a strength exercise program or Pilates session that fits your specific needs, and guide you through every movement, every exercise.

I love teaching my clients how to correct and strengthen movement patterns and form, to build an optimal functioning body.

Through using the body, mats and special equipment, Pilates can ensure posture improvement, muscle stabilization, overall flexibility, balance, as well as relaxation to only name a few. Pilates hits your core unlike any other workout! When the body is equipped with good core strength, movement is more efficient, and the body is better protected against injury. Attention to core support, correct body alignment and full body fitness, provide a level of integrative fitness that makes Pilates stand out!
